Terms of service

SlabTally is operated by PForce LLC. These terms apply to individual and shop accounts using slabtally.com in the United States.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use one account per person. Each named user may estimate on one active browser session at a time, with multiple tabs allowed. You can explicitly move your session to another device; unsaved work stays on the original device. You are responsible for content you upload and must have permission to use and share it. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, or disrupt other users.

Trial and subscriptions

Your free trial lasts one calendar month and begins only when you select Start my free month. No card is required and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. After the trial, choose a plan and confirm payment through Stripe. Solo is $39/month or $390/year for one named user. Shop is $99/month or $990/year for up to five named users, including the owner. Annual payment is collected in full. Prices are USD. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices and discount schedules unless you confirm a change. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through Plan & billing → Manage billing & cancellation before renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. No routine refunds or credits are provided for unused time or partial periods, including annual plans; applicable legal refund rights remain unaffected. Contact [email protected] about duplicate or incorrect charges.

Saved projects

An active trial or paid subscription is required to create, edit or publish projects. After access expires, you can view and export saved projects. Canceling does not delete your data. We retain saved data until deletion is requested, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Export backups regularly. Workspaces include unlimited saved projects, including archived projects.

Shop workspaces

The owner controls invitations, membership and the shared subscription. Members can access and edit shared projects while the shop has active access. Pending invitations reserve seats. Removal ends a member’s access immediately; shared work stays with the shop. Personal projects are not automatically shared. Shop trials use the owner’s original trial end date. A member’s own subscription does not replace the shop subscription. Review and export needed work before leaving a shop. Plan upgrades may incur a prorated charge, displayed by Stripe before confirmation.

Estimates and sharing

Results are estimates based on your inputs, not fabrication instructions or a guarantee of minimum slab count. Independently verify dimensions, seams, defects and fabrication requirements before purchasing or cutting material. Published report links are accessible to anyone with the link. Only publish information you intend to share.

Service and support

Support is available at [email protected]. There is no guaranteed uptime or support response time. We may restrict misuse or suspend service when necessary to protect accounts or comply with law. We will communicate material changes affecting paid service before they take effect. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
